Original paintings, handcrafted objects, and limited physical artifacts may require additional preparation and packaging time.
These items are handled directly through The Sacred Spiral Co. and are packaged carefully before shipment.
Handmade and original items may contain small variations, textures, marks, or irregularities created during the artistic process. These characteristics are part of the individual piece and are not considered defects.

3–14 business days depending on the piece

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.
This includes:
- PDFs
- Codex entries
- printable materials
- digital archives
- guides
- downloadable artwork
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all digital sales are considered final unless a file issue occurs.
If you do not receive your download or experience a file-access issue, please contact me with your order information.

Most apparel, mugs, journals, and standard merchandise are created through production partners after your order is placed.

Products ordered together may be produced or shipped from different locations and may arrive separately. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Because many items are made-to-order or produced in limited archival runs, inventory cannot always be restocked or resold once fulfilled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:

• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable
Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
