I don’t have all the answers, I’m here because I have a thirst for knowledge that nothing ever fully satisfies. No matter how much I learn, there’s always more I need to understand.
But, This is where I sort through it all ꩜
I know a couple things… but most things I’m still figuring out. I’m not trying to teach, I’m sharing what I’ learn as I go. I study. I observe. I listen. Not to prove a point, but because I can’t not.
While I appreciate and feel connected to ancient teachings, I also believe in science. I value evidence-based research just as much as intuition.
I care about what I’m doing because I know what it’s like to live in the confusion. I’ve seen how disconnected people are from their bodies, their environment, and themselves. I know what it feels like to not have answers, to be searching, while still sensing that there’s something bigger breathing beneath it all.
